Meet the Team

Since 2018, Sibona Collective has been helping businesses and nonprofits tell their stories visually and strategically. What started as a passion for thoughtful design and meaningful communication has grown into a full-service studio dedicated to creating work that makes an impact.

We specialize in creative campaigns, web and print design, brand identity, event materials, and SEO services, bringing every project to life with clarity, purpose, and creativity. Whether we’re crafting a bold new brand, designing a website that engages, or developing a campaign that resonates, our goal is always the same: to help our clients connect with their audience in authentic and memorable ways.

Robyn Crouch

Founder
Brand Strategist & Creative Designer

Hi! I’m Robyn, a graphic designer and marketing nerd with over 14 years of helping brands and nonprofits tell their stories through thoughtful, creative design and strategy. I hold a BA in Marketing Management and am based in Florida, though I love partnering with mission-driven businesses and organizations around the world.

When I’m not buried in Adobe, you’ll find me on the water, wandering nature trails with my kids, sipping coffee with a puzzle, or just soaking up inspiration from the world around me.

I’m passionate about helping brands share their stories with clarity, authenticity, and a ton of creativity. I love connecting with people who are just as excited about making an impact. So if you want to chat about design, marketing, or just swap ideas, reach out!

Jayme Donovan

SEO Specialist

Jayme Donovan, is Sarasota-based web designer, SEO specialist, and creative who built her career from a deep love for storytelling, design, and helping small businesses grow online. With a background in marketing and a knack for blending strategy with aesthetics, Jayme crafts websites that don’t just look beautiful, they perform beautifully.

When she’s not designing or optimizing, you’ll find her chasing her spirited daughter, sipping coffee, and scouring antique shops for pieces that tell a story — the same kind of story she aims to capture in every brand she builds.

Jayme helps turn your ideas into an intentional, high-performing online home; one that feels authentic, looks timeless, and ranks where it matters.

Tricia Jones

Web Design Expert

Hi there! It’s so nice to meet you. I’m Tricia: an equestrian, dog mom, and lover of iced lattes. I live in central New Hampshire, where I pull inspiration from the natural beauty of my surroundings.

When I’m not sweating over a MacBook in one of the Adobe Suite programs, I can be found with my Nikon capturing moments—both my own and others. In my down time, I love going on walks with my dog, riding my horses, or playing some chill video games.
